We had our Bibo since September and…
We had our Bibo since September and everything was fine and we loved tge dispenser however, it developed a fault with the dispensing controls and was posted to Bibo to investigate. Some days later, I contacted Bibo and spoke with Poppy. She informed me that there was no fix for this as yet so we would just need to stop the flow with another button. I hacked further questions regarding a replacement machine and was told by Poppy that she would speak to her manager. Poppy forgot to mute the call and during the conversation with her manager called me "a pompous t**t!". Oh dear me......... We have now cancelled our contract. What a shame Bibo!
