GRIDE has been a fantastic retailer to work with. I contacted Alex originally asking questions about e-bike conversion kits and over a month of deliberating and questioning, came around to his kits. So far, it has been over 450 km of problem free riding in all weather conditions. I couldn’t rate his service, help, or his product higher.
