Statement review
Hello, I have made several attempts to contact Holland America re my statement refund from my Alaskan cruise aboard the Zaandam. This has taken the form of emails approximately 7 and three phone calls. I have not had a single response from any of my enquiries. Could someone please respond to my enquiry and tell me why I am still waiting for my refund and when this refund will be paid. Regards
