We’ve Been faultless tenants for over 2 years in our house in Battersea , various issues over the years with appliances, such is life. Until last week, our boiler packs up , same day - contractor visits , turns off the boiler and recommends new part , 5 days later (no heating or hot water - minus 3 outside ) no work has been actioned , our property manager (Ellie hodkinson) doesn’t answer the phone (10 attempts ) or messages for a call back. My partner is pregnant and I have MS , so we both classed as vulnerable people . How’s that’s for service ? We have got our own engineer out and the initial assessment is incorrect , and have organised our own fix for next week. Love our house , it’s a shame it’s underpinned by a shameful agent.
