I am a senior living in St Catharines, I have had two major basement floods ( 3ft water ) in 1 week. Reliance installed a new furnace after the first flood. Cost $9000dollars. After 5 days we had another major storm the basement flooded again. The new furnace needs replacing according to the Relaiance Tech. Reliance a million dollar company refuses to show any compassion or empathy for its customers. Ive been told that I must pay for the full value of the furnace. You would think Reliance would show some humility under unprecedented catastrophic rain fall in the Niagara region. RELIANCE is all about making money!!! They have shown me their true colours. I will never deal with then again.
