**Read to the end**I initially was annoyed due to the wig length I selected was not available. I can say if that specific item isn’t in stock and you as a company did not do due diligence to find something similar before listed the item as a available when it’s not, they said it was delayed because they were searching for a similar style. You don’t take money not knowing if you have a solution, figure that out first then list the item. The bot in the website is annoying but FINALLY I got help from a live person and they resolved my issue. Please Order 3 weeks-a month in advance just in case there are these delays and it’s an item you really want. This is my 3rd time using them and I recommend them to others because I never experienced delays but I know now. Good wigs, communication could be worked on but in the end my issue got resolved before the date I needed it to so I’m grateful for that.
