Our items were missing
My relative sent two sacks from london to pakistan. One their arrival i sent photo to my relative and he said one sack was considerably smaller than when he booked it. We tallied the items of sack and found our items were missing. Upon inquiry in london office they simply said they have no idea whatsoever and only pack stuff. We inquired from Pakistan office and their reply was we only deliver. This is such a pathetic service. Our items went missing and they had no idea. Would not recommend using this service
