In store customer service

By looking at all the negative reviews, Food Lion doesn't seem to care about their customers! We shop the Food Lion in Roanoke Virginia, at the Hollins location.Their service is usually pretty good!! Very helpful. They hired some "summer" young help I suppose!! This customer service cashier obviously doesn't have any customer service SKILLS!!! She never spoke one word to us, except to tell us our bill amount! She didn't bother to bag our groceries correctly. We always separate our cold items from everything else, like most people do. That's why Food Lion uses blue bags for perishables and white for non perishable. We'll she just started bagging things her way. Also she just dropped things on top of each other, Bananas on top of the bread ect.. Sometimes you just let it go and think that people are having a bad day, but that's not really acceptable in my years of customer service, not mention the cost of groceries!!! So we go through her line on a different day, she does the same crap again. If your wondering who this cashier is, she's probably between 21-23 yrs old with purple hair. I just wonder if she still works there!!! If we choose to go through her line again and nothing has changed, I will have to complain to Management!!! (Not sure if the date we shopped is correct)
