Good deals. Shame about stock
I got the phone i wanted on o2 cheaper than o2 could manage. So all good there. But what annoyed me... When I placed my order. It clearly stated delivery withing 4 to 7 days. When I tracked my order. It stated awaiting stock. So I contacted them, only to be told they didn't have my phone in stock in the colour I'd ordered or any other colours. 0 stock and they couldn't give me a time frame for delivery. This wouldn't have been such an issue, but my phone had died and I needed a replacement ASAP. It arrived approx 13 days after I placed the order. In my opinion, you should be told at the time of ordering that the item is out of stock. I did say this to them but just got the usual scripted reply. Would I use them again. Yes. But would call to check stock levels 1st.
