Shockingly bad provider

Shockingly bad provider. When I initially ordered, it took a week for the sim to arrive and I cancelled getting a refund. Then I went to Lebara, who I was unable to make calls with and the call, if I could connect, kept cutting out. So I came back to Talk Home and the sim arrived in 3 days, which was better, but now, when I call out the phone is dead and there's no ring tone. The only way I know if I managed to connect to them is when I get a text/call back from them not long afterwards. This is appallingly bad! Added to the calling problems, the customer service is abysmal, as the assistants are all dealing with other people at the same time (you can see them typing). You are not a priority and you have to wait a long time. So again, today, I'm just waiting, AGAIN, to cancel and get a refund **Late Edit** From reading the reviews, other people are experiencing the same as I am. What I can only conclude is that unless you're living within areas of good reception (which is very odd considering I'm a major Scottish city and central) then you're going to get a terrible service. The only way to solve this is letting people know PRECISELY WHERE in the UK they have a good service and where they don't. It would save people a lot of time, by avoiding the company and likewise leaving negative reviews.
