I don’t even want to give one star
I don’t even want to give one star. Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a watch a week ago for my husband for our 20th anniversary. I decided to use this company as they offered a Blue Light Discount, the fact that they’re listed on the BLC website made me think they were a reputable company. I’ve had NO contact off them whatsoever, other than one confirmation email. I’ve emailed twice, called them 3 times, have sent them WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages, and started a live chat with no response to any of them. I still haven’t received my order. Fortunately as I decided to pay on Finance, I can cancel the agreement and I’ll get my deposit back - but only after 14 days of no communication from Jura Watches (I am certain they will hit that target easily) The finance company were lovely and very helpful. The same can’t be said for Jura Watches. Do not buy from here!!
