Very slow delivery
Similar to other bad reviews recently they processed my order and took my money when they didn’t have the stock available. The not only did I have to wait ages for my order to be delivered, I also had to chase numerous times find out where my order was which is just terrible service. The last time I chased customer services offered me pillow protectors free of charge to be added to my order. When my pillows finally arrived, surprisingly there were no pillow protectors in the box. Honestly, terrible service. Don’t take people’s money if you don’t have the stock available. Or, if you do, be more realistic with delivery dates if you can’t keep to 2-3 days as mentioned.
