Poor postage packaging.
My experience with Grade mobile was not great. I got an initial online quote and received my postage pack, which arrived about nine days after expected, prompting me to request another postage pack which arrived two days after (don't know what the initial delay was). Then I had an email about four days later saying they had received my phone(Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) and their robots were in the process of testing it. Three days later they sent me an adjusted, lower quote and the robots test results, which concluded that it had a few small screen scratches that couldn't be seen from arms length and a "dent". It never had a dent when I sent it off in their postage pack, which is a wafer thing plastic bag and some poor quality bubble wrap. They waont accept it with any accessories even though it might protect the phone inside their flimsy packaging. So, being as they already had my old phone and it had already taken nearly two weeks to process, I accepted their secondary quote which was nearly £90 lower than originally quoted. My old phone never spent a day outside its hard cover and until I'd sent it off had always had a screen protector on its front. If it wasn't for their own insistence of it being sent off without these accessories in place they would have received my old phone in A1* condition. Not a great experience.
