Do not use them at all, terrible experience and extremely unprofessional
I am extremely dissatisfied with the appalling service provided by PLS Solicitors during my remortgage process. What should have been a straightforward transaction has now dragged on for over 8 months, all due to their incompetence and endless delays. Because of them, I have lost nearly £1,000 in additional costs! From the very beginning, they have been unprofessional, asking for excessive and unnecessary information, blaming other parties like Help to Buy for the delays. I initially set out clear timelines for completing the process, but it has been nothing short of a nightmare since. Their excuses do not line up with the facts. Despite following their complaints process and requesting to speak to a manager multiple times, I have never received a call back. I have had to constantly chase them for updates, which has made me question whether they have their clients’ best interests at heart. This has been a horrible, horrible experience, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to AVOID PLS Solicitors at all costs. They have caused me nothing but stress, financial loss, and endless frustration. Absolutely appalling.
