Titan’s lack of action despite assuring words
Having booked the tour that offers less rather than the more advertised by Titan, I posted a negative review in April, Deb from Titan responded on 22April promising that I would be contacted directly as follow: “Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding your upcoming Historic Gems of Malta holiday. We completely understand your frustration around the removal of optional excursions, especially given the thoughtful planning you put into choosing a holiday that suited your needs. While changes to itineraries are sometimes necessary, we regret that this has impacted your experience so negatively. We always aim to ensure our holidays are clearly described and that any updates are communicated as early as possible. That said, we absolutely acknowledge your concerns about the accessibility of the hotel location and the lack of alternative excursions, particularly considering your circumstances. We have passed your feedback to our team who will be in contact with you directly to discuss this further and to address you concerns. Your loyalty over the years means a great deal to us, and we do hope that we can restore your faith in us. Best Wishes, Deb Titan Travel” To date, I have not had any further contact from Titan on this matter. I feel very stressed by Titan’s discourteous and dismissive attitude to how they treat a long standing elderly customer. Having acknowledged that this holiday is not fit for purpose for me having changed it from what was originally advertised, I would like Titan to cancel my booking and cash refund my deposit. Is Deb able to manage that?
