Faultless!
I have just booked my 4th river cruise with Riviera Travel. I genuinely find Riviera excellent in every way. I can't find fault. The booking experience is easy, informative and the staff are so friendly and polite. The actual cruises are first class. All the staff must be hand picked as they are faultless and so professional. The food is excellent. The service and friendliness outstanding. Cabins are super clean and if you have any special requirements, they are only too happy to provide or help. Every river cruise I have done so far with Riviera has been a wonderful experience and I have come home very relaxed and totally spoilt. If I had 1 comment (not a fault) to make, which is a personal preference only, I would like the choice of where to sit on the aircraft. Group bookings always seem to be at the back of the plane which I hate, so to be able to sit nearer the front of the aircraft (even at an extra cost) that would make my entire holiday A1**.
