Tomato continues to estimate even though they have actual meter readings
Tomato continues to estimate readings even though they are given actual meter readings. They do not answer their emails. When you call Customer Service, all they do is apologise and say that they will get the Accounts Team to re-figure the bill. This never happens! You also cannot speak to anyone in the accounts department. Thankfully in September, we will be looking for a new supplier as our contract runs out in September! If this doesn’t get sorted, I will report Tomato Energy to the Energy Ombudsman!
