Superb customer service from Riviera.
Although a river cruise had to be cancelled due to difficulties with delivery of a new ship our experience of the staff from Riviera in dealing with this matter was absolutely superb. Jackie was so helpful and accommodating and responded at lightening speed to all our queries and changes of choices eventually getting us an excellent replacement cruise, in fact two cruises! This quality of service is entirely consistent with all our experiences involving Riviera staff over many years.
