As your pay structure is very minimal I like to tip. However after a four night stay the trend now seems to be a collection of waiters (waitresses) rather than just one for the whole stay. How is one supposed to tip, a few pence for each or a decent tip for just one. This is a serious matter and I would like a reply please.
