The process of selling and buying a property is naturally stressful, but unfortunately, my experience with DC Law at the start made it significantly worse. The person originally assigned to handle my case was consistently unavailable. Emails often went unanswered, voice messages were ignored, and there was a noticeable lack of communication and care. I spent weeks chasing updates, which added unnecessary frustration and delayed progress. This lack of support not only wasted my time but also heightened my stress at an already challenging period. I had truly lost confidence in the firm and had decided that my review would reflect that disappointment. However, everything changed when Rachel Bogg took over my file. From our very first interaction, I noticed a remarkable difference. I left her a voice message expecting more of the same silence, but to my surprise, she returned my call within 30 minutes and even apologised for missing it. That was the first sign of true professionalism. Rachel has been outstanding in every way.
