luck of communication and professionalism
luck of communication when processing an order its the 19th of December today and i placed an order on the 16th, sent an email and asked for an update and had no response. its like there waiting to see if my bill for the recent phone i took out for my boy goes through before completing the processing of my recent order. very unprofessional of them to take money from me to process an order and am here 48 hours without any form of communication. my next stop is trading standards and no bills are getting paid to 3 till this is resolved satisfactory.
