Absolutely terrible agency we were…
Absolutely terrible agency we were notified before our move in date with less than 24hrs that the property wasn’t ready, zero empathetic behavior , professionalism,helpfulness and communication most of all. We were given false information and they never took responsibility for the damage they caused to us. Don’t recommend it at all, you’ll find way more professional and better agencies, Thornley has cheap properties but it comes with cheap service as well.
