Professional and understanding
My husband recently passed away and he was the Feed in Tariff account holder with Good Energy. On contacting them to inform them I spoke to Connor who was very sympathetic and kind and talked me through the process necessary for me to take over the account. This proved to be rather a long process completing forms on line and uploading documents of which I am new to. Connor was very patient and understanding with me and finally the account has now been transferred to me. Thank you Connor for all your help through a difficult time.
