Poor Service…
For 2 separate appointments and therapist I received an email saying zero copay. They canceled 1st appt claiming I failed to turn in paperwork. Yesterday I received exact email but today received a text saying this therapist not covered. After a confusing phone call the rep explained the RULA doesn’t take my insurance period. As I understood her, the email saying zero copay is automatically sent to everyone! Poor practice
