Great Sales Team, poor delivery drivers
Great Sales Team, recless drivers. The customer sevice from Sales Team was great, whereas the delivery was very poor. The driver destroyed some of the bushes near the driveway as he put a support leg down from the truck when unloading the compost, he put the compost bag on the edge of the well beside the fact that he was told to be careful of this in advance, but also the fact that he refused to move it when asked. Lastly the compost bag was leaning against the wall which could have cracked. I had to move the compost quickly manually once he was gone to ensure that there is no further damage. He was definitely unexperienced as he left 2 delivery dockets with me, not asking for a signature.
