Awful
Worst experience I have had renting through an agent. The property managers were worse than useless. They didn't answer phones at the office, or emails. They are genuinely rude and dismissive. Do not complete repairs, constantly lie, obstructive. The people in the office haven't a clue. The service stops the moment the contract is signed. I would advise against using this agent as a landlord or tenant There is a lot of five star review on allagents - but only average 1.5 star review on reviewcentre.com. Suspicious!
