Lulu lemon is probably the worst…
Lulu lemon is probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I tried returning a £78 pair of plain black align leggings with a receipt but because the ‘tags’ aren’t on the item because they fell off as they are just a normal plastic tag they refused my return and said there is nothing they can do. They even said I could return the item with NO receipt if it had tags on it ??? this company is overpriced and has the worst customer service ever
