Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. We bought an airconditioner from extra-which was under supplier warranty. Extra gave us numbers of the service who are not redponding. Even we had the warrant , we waited 2 weeks and had to pay from our pocket for the compressor. Xcite store is great in these terms. Never ever buy from extra their customer service is the worst.
