Rubbish service from Lloyds, and they couldn't care less
I switched to Lloyds from Metrobank (who were frankly EVEN worse) on the advice of my husband, who has been long-term with Lloyds. But still so disappointed!!! First, every week or so I get not ONE but about FIVE (I have only ONE account) emails, all sent in a row, warning me of the latest scam. Second, when I harmlessly tried to log on yesterday, I was directed to a crazy form. (Why was it mad? Well, I happened to born in Seoul, of US diplomatic parents. The form would NOT ALLOW ME to put in the country (OR the citizenship) of my birth. The form also utterly refused to accept that I am no longer a US citizen. When I called Lloyds, I was put through to a very helpful guy called Pranab, who was, despite his every effort, unable to assist. His best advice was to show up at my nearest Lloyds bank, and good luck with that, as they've closed most of them. As have almost every other bank. Oh, and then, when I wished to complain to a manager, he promised that they'd call me. Did they? Of course not!
