At the time of my order 4-7 day delivery advised. 7 days after my order I chased. Advertised product is not stocked. I can offer this alternative. Call handler 'Will call you back tomorrow latest'. No call back. At this point the delivery lead time changed 1-2 weeks online for new orders. 14 days after order I chased again, still no stock. I can offer this alternative. Order now cancelled - poor, poor service. Advertising not ASA compliant. Selected this online retailer based on previous AO experience. Never again and will think twice about future orders from AO as this the latest experience to go from for the group.
