My niece applied for a rental property…
My niece applied for a rental property in May. She was approved for a property. However, it is now late June and still no move in date or deposit. They never call you on the phone only email. And answer this. If a person say that they are self employed and the sole proprietor of a business what other way do you prove your income other then a account statement? These people said prove you pay yourself.
