A Revolving Door of Lies and Incompetence

I've been a tenant in a property being 'managed' by M&P for 11months. Since I've moved in they've been nothing but unhelpful and facetious. I've had multiple other agents over the years with only minor issues that have been resolved in a reasonable time. M&P have regularly lied, lacked effective communication and had a revolving door of incomptent employees involved in the management of our property. I feel all these problems are down to lack of employee training and no sense of responsibility to their tenants and landlords. We've been lucky to have a helpful landlord, hence we've bypassed M&P to get anything done. This started when it took them 2 months to get our boiler/heating fixed after we moved in December 2022. Whilst they were contractually responsible for communication between tenants and the landlord, we've had to go around them to get anything done. They continually lied to the landlord and us regarding the progress of issues being sorted. If you're a landlord do not enagage with this company, they will provide zero value for your rental property. If you're a tenant looking to be supported by M&P, lower your expectations or find a property being managed by a competent company. I can't imagine there's a company less ethical or functional in this market than Marsh & Parsons. The senior management of M&P should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the neglect of so many tenants and landlords. REPLY TO M&P AUTOMATED RESPONSE: Do not be fooled for this automated response trying to discredit this review. We had no heating for weeks in freezing temperatures due to the neglect from M&P. This is one of many issues we've had with them.
