I have been with this supplier for a couple of months now and so far I didn't have any bad experiences :) They only have some points that they need to improve: 1) Their raw material fees are competitive, however their fixed marketing fees should be lower, as they are on the higher side (144 EUR without coupon code). 2) If you change your offer you lose your active coupon code discount. It would be nicer to be able to change your offer or update the cost to a newer rate without losing any benefits. 3) Their support is provided in Italian, but it is ok, google translate is available :) . Also they have a decently fast support provided via whatsapp so not getting annoyed by phone calls which is a good thing.
