I placed a time-sensitive order with Hazelton’s and requested to cancel it just 14 hours later when they admitted it wouldn’t ship on time. They refused — falsely claiming the package had already shipped. But the tracking proved that it didn’t reach the courier until days later. When the package arrived, it contained cheap, low-quality grocery store items that looked nothing like what I ordered. When I raised these concerns, they blamed the courier, dismissed my concerns about product value and presentation, refused to issue a refund or provide a return label, and then stopped responding. I’ve since filed a formal dispute with my credit card company — and I strongly encourage anyone else affected to do the same. Don't let them get away with this. If you paid by credit card, you have rights. Companies like this count on customers giving up out of frustration. Don’t. File a dispute. Report them to the BBB. Submit a complaint to Consumer Protection Ontario. Every voice matters, and your action could help prevent others from being taken advantage of the same way.
