This is the worst experience I have…
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. We moved in one month ago and did not have hot water for the first 2 weeks we lived here. After several attempts maintenance finally came out and now we have warm water, but the issue was never truly resolved. The basement started flooding shortly after. It took several attempts-maintenance requests and phone calls- to get a response. They finally sent someone out who did the most laughable job I have ever seen in an attempt to fix the issue. We called immediately after he left and said that clearly this was not going to work. They assured us they were confident in the job the did. Lo and behold, two days later and the basement is COMPLETELY flooded with standing water that continues to seep in. We can not get ahold of any management or maintenance people as our belonging sit in the basement, continuing to be ruined. If anyone reads this from DARWIN, PLEASE COME FIX OUR HOME
