Mixed experience overall
The quality of Purple's work was good and they clearly know their stuff. Our main consultant was very experienced and provided valuable insights. However, there were some coordination issues between team members and we had to repeat information multiple times. The end result was satisfactory but the process was more frustrating than it needed to be.
