Not the provider for people who have little time to chase up on complaints
The staff on the phone and in writing seem to be friendly and professional- however, I’m fairly IT literate and their website isn’t great. It transpired that my gas had been out of contract for a period of about six months resulting in no discount and enormous bill- as I have always had gas and electricity together with same contractor and changed them at the same time, it was illogical-when I queried/complained they claimed first they couldn’t locate relevant call and then that I had signed up on website for electricity only. This is not what I believe happened, but what can I do! Huge bill, direct debit means no funds in account, so have had to turn off gas despite it being nippy. I would advise to steer clear, find an alternative provider - but if you must - record everything.
