Very unhappy with the service regarding…
Very unhappy with the service regarding a subscription issue. The therapy service was great, however, I canceled my subscription and was given an additional three weeks for free as a kind gesture in caring for mental health. I realized this week that my card was charged again for another month of therapy when I had already submitted a cancellation. When contacting customer service, I was told that I would be reached out to within one or two days. When someone did reach out to me, instead of moving forward with a reimbursement, I was told that I was being given three extra weeks free of charge to try and reconnect with my therapist again. The reason I was canceling the subscription was due to my new occupation included therapy services through my health insurance. Very, very unhappy about this, especially since it's $260 that I was expecting to have in my bank account that is not available.
