Awful Experience Every Time
Consistent issues with stock availability and home delivery. Almost every box arrives damaged with some food either missing or open. At times a delivery won't arrive at all, being postponed to the next day, 5 days in a row only eventually to be told they sold out some or all of the stock & refund can be processed. All of this is managed not by customer service via the phone but live Internet chat which is labourers & frustrating. When spending £200 a month or any amount this is an awful service that needs overhauling from start to finish. There is no customer focus or care, to ensure there is which is Pets at Homes claim is simply a joke.
