Ok so I was reeled in by the one hour presentation and decided to pay the £99 for the two day virtual "course". I found the whole thing very salesy rather than an actual course, ok the team are nice but typical sales people in the way the speak and come across. To be fair it was a two day sales pitch for their Wealth Programme - costing £15k. I was very annoyed that I paid £99 to be sold to for two days. I provided them with my feedback and was told that I could have asked for a refund after day one, I was not aware of this element till after the fact, as they do not publicise this. Probably the reason why they put more effort into giving you some sort of content on day one. Day two was 90% sales pitch!!! I expected day one to be introductory which it was and very light touch with information most of which can be obtained via google or co-pilot. A high proportion of the "course" was a lot of fluff not much substance to the information they provided I feel the whole day could have been condensed into a few hours quite easily but was padded out with anecdotal information , non technical details and saying you can do it many times over! You're also encouraged to 'find the money' to invest in yourself - find that £15k so you can waste even more money you don't have on more fluff! There were a few hints to say more detail will be coming on day two. The agenda for day two was filled with upsell pitches, with only one session about deal sourcing, which again contained information you can just get from an article online, so not much value in this. Again this session was padded out with a lot of fluff and could have been condensed into an hour. I was extremely disappointed, it's definitely NOT worth £99, other property education providers won't charge for these two day sessions AND they're in person and not virtual like this one! Also - ever wondered, if they make so much money why are they having to sell you courses? Well it's easier to have one of these sessions and sell around 10 of these £15k courses (totalling £150k) rather than going through the long process of sourcing and / or executing deals! I highly recommend buying a few books online instead of signing up for this "course", much cheaper and you get more content ! Save your money! UPDATED: This is purely an upsell event! You are paying £99 to be sold to! It is not enough information to start off on your own don't be fooled by what they say! They are NOT clear from the start about refunds!

Wish I could give these guys zero! I ordered the sos mix online and was expecting to get the brand they pictured on their website, instead I receive their own brand. Spoke to a very unhelpful lady on the phone about it, who stated 'Siomix is sosmix', but if you are not selling the brand pictured, you should not display this on your website. This is false advertising! The unhelpful lady also stated, 'we haven't had this problem before', trying to highlight that I'm a particularly difficult person. I think it's quite reasonable that I expect to receive what was pictured on the website and not their own brand product.
