Moron delivered a card

Moron delivered a card, when I was out, asking for gas and electricity readings. There is no gas in the complex. The electricity meter for Economy 7 is accessible and clearly visible outside my apartment door. I have a smart meter. This has never happened before during the 12 years I’ve lived here. I have emailed my provider, Octopus, to ask whether they requisitioned this.

Post Office very inefficient…

Post Office tried to deliver parcel from Amazon when I was out. Went online and arranged for delivery to my nearest post office. They tried to deliver again to my house instead. Another card left asking me to rearrange delivery. Almost impossible to read the delivery number written on the card but it was correct according to Amazon message just received. Have lost the will to live! Why does anyone use the service for parcel deliveries?
