IMO cradley heath west mids Used to be a good and trustworthy place to visit, always good service. 24th Januarys 2025 went for a top wash wanted my sills cleaned, also tyre shine, as advertised on the list board absolutely rude as hell guy turned round to me and said we ARE NOT doing extras today we’re to busy! WHAT! Is this not breaking the rules of law if you don’t offer a service DO NOT advertise it….. unbelievable, sent an email to the company , got a measley unapologetic response from a guy formerly known as Zay (Icwg), asking for a receipt , has anyone ever received a receipt for paying cash, or even card payments, nope I never have either….. After sending around 10 emails since 27th January, never heard a thing , only the we’ve received your email malarkey…..lol crazy, there is also a phone number to ring that , the message on that says , send an email…..do these people actually get paid, so from that day never been since what’s the point, the only emails I get are promotional ones for being a member, CRAZY, If you read this Zay , cheers lol
