If you want to complete find another firm
Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. They are representing my buyer, and on two separate occasions, the chain was ready to complete—only for their solicitor to refuse to proceed at the last minute. They frequently raise unreasonable and inconsistent requests, only to drop them and introduce new ones the next day. Despite my solicitor providing all necessary documentation and information well in advance, they continue to delay the process, claiming completion isn’t achievable just days before the agreed dates. Their actions have already caused a significant financial burden for everyone in the chain, as they previously refused to complete before the stamp duty increase. Now, three weeks later, they are still stalling with no valid justification.
