One of the best agents in the area
Having interacted with most of the local estate agents in the South Croydon area, Paul Meakin have been one of the most professional agents we have dealt with. Aimee showed us a couple of properties and was prompt and professionalism personified, and nothing was too much trouble. This followed through to us finding a rental (which I had previously contacted another agency about and had been informed it had gone!. During the contract process, Aimee was incredibly understanding and flexible with a number of things that cropped up on our end. Paul Meakin’s check in process is incredibly comprehensive and every mark documented and photographed - I was very impressed! I would encourage landladies/landlords to use Paul Meakin (coming from a prospective tenant I suspect a statement like this to be rare!)
