Branded to look like Claude — I believed I was subscribing to Anthropic's official service
I signed up here believing I was purchasing Anthropic's official Claude subscription. The logo and interface are styled to closely resemble Claude, and I only realised afterwards that this is an unaffiliated third-party reseller — the disclaimer to that effect appears only in small print at the bottom of the page, well after you have already seen the branded interface and paid. Their refund policy states that all payments are final and non-refundable, explicitly including accidental or mistaken purchases. A blanket clause like that does not override the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU consumer law, which is the basis on which I have now requested a refund. If you are considering this service, check the URL carefully and look past the branding before you pay: it is not Claude, and it is not affiliated with Anthropic.
