A complete scam - avoid at all costs. They took my money and did absolutely nothing for weeks. Eventually, they got in touch with an “offer” of automated booking - for an extra fee. Unsurprisingly, nothing came of that either. Now they’re refusing to refund me, hiding behind vague and deliberately misleading T&Cs clearly designed to prevent anyone from ever getting their money back. I’ll be reporting this to Action Fraud. It’s incredibly frustrating that companies like this are allowed to take advantage of young people already struggling to book a driving test. Also, take a close look at the so-called “positive” reviews - they’re clearly fake, written in American English and often poorly worded. At the very least, if you're going to mislead people, make an effort. Absolute disgrace.
