Spoke to the property manager, Alex and understood the situation
When I did not get much response from the team in the past two weeks, I got worried. I didn't have much luck with the central line, however today I called the line meant for Southwest Florida and was able to speak to my property manager Alex. He patiently heard me and explained what is going on. Considering the Covid situation their hands are tied in many ways. For example the refrigerator that we ordered direct from GE is not available as GE could not deliver. The team is working from home and like everyone else members are battling with home based internet connections etc. Now that I spoke to Alex, felt better and can empathize with what the support team is going through. Hope this update helps others.
