Very stressful

Excellent sign up service, the worst experience ever when ending lease. Been trying to get deposit back but they fob you off with lie after lie as to why they won't pay it back. Landlord has agreed in writing it should be 100% released and the new tenant has moved in but still they hold it. Miles Farrell from the Shoreditch office does not return your calls and shows no interest in resolving issue. CEO Patrick Littlemore advised to contact customer service, a formal complaint has been raised and passed to another Director, but after looking at trust pilot i feel we will be lucky to get a reply. Have now contacted family solicitor to start court proceedings to get Marsh & Parsons to release the deposit. Their tag line we value property but we value people first is an insult. Why a company is so happy to lose money on court fees, totally baffles me. It seems they get a kick out of making their clients lives a misery, ensuring they never use them again.
