Another Lyca support idiot
After waiting around a month for what was supposed to be a same-day call back. Their support department called me today. I started by explaining that they’d already sent an email saying that they don’t have 5g in my area (despite selling me a 5g plan). He explained that he was going to fix it. The guy had no idea about my phone’s (iPhone 12) menu system! Eventually, when he told me to select the 5g option, I explained that 5g wasn’t even an option. He said he’d sort it and call me back in 10 minutes. That was hours ago. Lyca are relentless in using their clowns to waste as much customers’ time as possible. They are an absolute shambles of an organisation, no doubt starting at the top.
