Very bad service
If there was a way to put negative stars, they would well deserve them. A total disgrace. Hamper delivered in Canada four days late, in spite of the priority air service payment. Then, the bottle of French champagne we paid for was replaced by a cheap brand of prosecco. Called customer service today, Jan 29, got a voice message saying the offices are closed for the holidays and will re-open on Jan 2! Then, called again and was told to dial 2 for customer service. Dialled 2 and.... voice says invalid entry. Obviously no replies to my emails. This is a shameful service. If there is such a thing as consumer protection in Canada this business must be reported to them. STAY AWAY! BAD SERVICE AND DISHONEST!
